Our therapists come from all over the world to provide a professional massage service. We offer two types of massage:
Swedish Massage
- is calming, relaxing, healing, rejuvenating, therapeutic and pampering.
Emphasising that all strokes go towards the heart, Swedish massage stimulates circulation, which increases blood flow, bringing oxygen and nutrients to body tissues.
Through friction and kneading, the body’s metabolic process and blood circulation are stimulated, enhancing one’s sense of vitality. This full body massage, using the highest quality oil, is a relaxing and soothing experience. Massage eases and softens tired, overused muscles, releases tension, improves the condition of the skin, enhances immunity by stimulating lymph flow, encourages the body’s self-cleansing mechanism to remove toxins from the muscles and subcutaneous tissues, and increases your overall health and well-being.
Our therapists use their sense of touch to determine the correct amount of pressure to apply. If you’d like a stronger or lighter pressure, they will alter their technique to suit your preference, so please feel free to discuss your needs with the therapists.
Thai Yoga Massage
- is invigorating, revitalising, healing, therapeutic and energising
The practice of Thai massage dates back thousands of years. It uses yoga, acupressure and reflexology with unique techniques of gentle rocking, deep stretching and compression. This can relieve muscle pain, improve posture, and works on strengthening and restructuring the muscular and skeletal framework. It is a more therapeutic and vigorous form of massage that has many health benefits, particularly for athletes and other trainers.
All our therapists are naturists by inclination and are happy to provide an unclothed massage to fellow naturists.

A male therapist is now available for our female clients by prior arrangement. We offer a 10% discount on all massage prices to mixed couples at all times. Gift vouchers are also available, so why not treat a partner of a friend on a special occasion?
For your safety, we are unable to provide any treatment if you have arrived on a ‘long haul’ flight within the last 24 hours. We also request that you be familiar with all the contraindications to massage, which are displayed in all the therapy rooms.
